John C. Maxwell’s book is a short read that breaks down the common traits all good leaders share. This book follows a simple formula that makes reading it easy and insightful. Each chapter focuses on quality (if you couldn’t guess from the title). The format of the book breaks down as follows

Biggest Insight
Discernment – Can you see the root of the problem? If so, you can solve it. A leader who is in their area of expertise has a stronger sense of intuition. That intuition will give them the ability to see the root cause.
