Facebook marketing for motivated seller leads is hard and it isn’t going to work for every real estate investor.

Why?

  1. Some investors don’t want to take the time to sit down and learn a new way to drive traffic to their website.
  2. If you don’t have a legit strategy you are just putting out ads and hoping to get someone to see it.
  3. Others don’t have their pixels set up right and aren’t building custom audiences in a way that serves them in the future.
  4. Some investors do very little to add to the conversation or share their credibility with prospects.

The truth is, these are all valid reasons why an investor might fail at successfully generating a positive ROI from their Facebook budget.

But blaming Facebook seems like a silly thing to do.
